Troubleshooting
Check the most common download and ZIP errors with these steps.
01The Form Shows an “Instagram Content Could Not Be Retrieved” Error
Make sure the link was entered in the correct tool. Reels links should go to the Short Video tool, while profile links should go to the Full Profile tool or the relevant profile-based tool. The content may be private, removed, require access, or Instagram may be temporarily limiting requests. After a few minutes, copy the link again and retry.
02Some Images Look White or Keep Loading
The media source may be temporarily unavailable. Resolving the link again or waiting briefly before refreshing the page may help. Browser extensions, ad blockers, or network filters may block media previews.
