Where source content is hosted
The service does not own or publish the source posts on Instagram. Source content is hosted by Instagram infrastructure, so requests to remove a post from Instagram itself should be directed to the platform’s reporting and rights channels.
Temporary processing files
Files created while downloading or building ZIP archives are not maintained as a permanent content catalog. Temporary files are removed through the application’s maintenance and cleanup mechanisms.
Unacceptable use
Copyright infringement, unlawful use of personal data, harassment, fraud, bypassing access controls or uses that violate another person’s rights are not acceptable. Attempts to defeat the service’s technical protections are also considered abuse.
What to include in a report
Where possible, a report should identify the relevant Instagram URL, explain the right allegedly infringed, describe ownership or authorization and state the requested action. Incomplete or unverifiable reports may not be suitable for meaningful review.
Review and action
If a valid report concerns a temporary or user-submitted record within this service, technically appropriate measures may be considered. Decisions about removing the original Instagram content itself remain with Instagram/Meta.
